Tip #1: add 1T of unflavoured whey isolate per serving to baked goods, omelets, coffee, tea, yogurt, dips, tomato sauce, hot chocolate etc.. NOT anything that is boiling hot and in baked goods mix with a moisturizer like yogurt!
Tip#2 pulverize superseeds - flax/chia/hemp
and add a teaspoon when you cook!

I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!
current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!
I always keep pepperettes and cheese strings, or babybel lite cheese in the house so I have easy to grab high protein snacks on hand.

I have never bought pepperettes they aren't too high in fat and bothersome to the stomach?
I, too, am trying on making sure I have lots of meal ideas so I won't fall back into bad habits and have some go to ideas.
I'm half Italian and am used to spicy foods, salami, etc. I can't eat salami or prosciutto any more but am fine with the pepperettes. One serving is 2 pepperettes and I only have 1 pepperette, usually about 10 grams of fat. I just like them and find it's an easy way to get some extra protein in; they're not for everyone. I wouldn't eat them as a meal but do like having them on hand for snack, especially on days when i need to up my protein and calories. I have a hard time getting my calories in.
Different brands have different calories/fat content so it's important to compare them all an choose the ones with the best stats.

Thanks, I shall check them out next time I'm in store. ??
The best pepperettes i have found are pillars turkey, they have a nice amount of spice are lower calorie and a good burst of protein. i think they are lower fat too.
it costs more for less of them but you only need one at a time so that is good
I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!
