Morning All!

B: 1.8 eggs, 2 turkey breakfast sausages

L: 3oz Spicy Thai Beef, 1/4c Mixed veggies

D: 3oz Cajun Chicken, 1/4c mixed veggies

S1: 3 Polenta Crisps, 1 Babybel Mozza, 55g Extra Lean Kolbassa

S2: Might add 2 tbsp of SF Cool Whip and 1/4c berries tonight for a treat.



This menu is basically the same all week due to extreme meal prepping. Lol.

Cal: 673kcal Protien: 78g Carb: 17g

Good afternoon,

It's busy - but thank goodness for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I delivered more than 40 parcels before noon and am just sitting down to answer emails.

B - protein shake and lots of black decaf.

L - 1/2 cup of crab salad and 1 cup Progresso Beef Barley soup

S - Armstrong cheese stick

D - 1.5 scrambled eggs with salsa and 1 oz. cheddar

S - 5 oz. of Skyr with fresh blueberries and apple cinnamon tea

Calories: 818, Protein: 86, Carbs: 48, Fat: 33. All water and vitamins.

- Need to make my own soup - less sodium and more protein.

Opti Wt Nov 4/17 226 lbs BMI 45 Sx Wt 212 lbs RNY surgery Nov 23/17 M1 -18 M2-9 M3-10 M4-8 M5-6 M6-7 M7-6 M8-3 M9-1(so far) Down to within one pound of my goal and 99 lbs down from my highest weight. I was not a fast loser but who cares as long as you get there! I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!

current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!

Hey girl, how are you feeling? Your menu looks perfect. Your job for the next little while is to get your fluids in. Small sips every 5 to 10 minutes really helps.

I think my menu was a bit ambitious! By the end of the second shake my brand new tum-tummy was feeling pretty stretched and painful! I am getting in tons (well for this far out from surgery) of water!

Take it slow, little sips. Small sips throughout the day will add up. Some of the signals that you have overdone it are, sneezing, fluid coming back up into your throat, hiccups. You don't want to get to a place where you feel pain. Most people don't feel the traditional feeling of being full. It's a new sensation after surgery, so look for what your signals are. Measure, and nothing says you have to finish your portion right away. You've got this.
