What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Good morning everyone. I had a fantastic weekend, with lots of live music, good food (maybe a little too much) and socializing with friends. We saw live music Friday, Saturday and Sunday.. Yesterday there were a dozen bands playing for a Movember Charity event.
This morning I'm going swimming, then domestic goddess drudgery for the rest of the day.

Good morning :)
The weekend went by way too fast. The puppies were adorable during their playdate. The littlest one is about six months old and very fiesty. Mine slept the whole way home. Yesterday I went for lunch with my sister and our grandmothers. We do that every couple months to catch up. Today will probably be quiet because I don't have a meeting tomorrow. Maybe I will do some online shopping.

Sleepy puppies and kittens are the cutest. I had to kitten sit once, and the little ball of ginger fluff ran around like a maniac. Mid run, he stopped dropped and fell into a deep sleep.

DH and I petted him, rubbed his belly, looked at his little paws. He was fine. Just had exhausted himself with playing.

Thanks. I use President's Choice Black Label Brown Butter Hollandaise. It's in the refrigerator near the butter in Loblaws and Zehrs. I put a little under a TBSP in a small ramekin and microwave it on low while I cook the eggs. Today I'm going to add a pinch of smoked paprika spice.

Good Morning,
Accountability from Friday, I ended up taking my son to Swiss Chalet for lunch. I ordered a 1/4 chicken dinner, packed the fries away for the kids for Saturday and ate some of the chicken. Then I used some of the leftover chicken to make chicken salad with diced red onions, avocado and a touch of mayo for dinner. It was so delicious I did the same for Sunday lunch with the remainder of the chicken.
I am officially 3 months post op and down 57 lbs (including Opti) My goal this week is to start weight training at the gym. So far I have been focusing on yoga and walking the dog. I am looking forward to building some muscles once the fat is gone!

Your menu looks really good too, lol. I especially like your Swiss Chuck chicken salad.
Great plan for building muscle. You are doing so well. You should be very proud of all of your hard work.
