I really thought people were bluffing me when they said they could see a difference. but i do see it here. i posted this because i had a fb photo show up in my memories. it was me at my highest weight

The difference blew me away. i am really quite happy with this change.

also i had a nsv i went to giant tiger (at the girlfriends insistence) and bought a whole bunch of new clothes. i wear baggy to begin with but she insisted that i get something a little more show off the weight loss-y so i got 2x, i have been 3-4x for several years. so yeah this is something
