What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Good morning everyone. Another cold morning out there. Yesterday I got some yard work done. It's our last yard waste pickup this week and DH had cut down a lot of buckthorn saplings. I am covered in cuts from the thorns.
This morning I'm going swimming, then after a yoga class. Tonight I might go to Zumba.

Great minds think alike. I take a cooler with me when we go to Niagara Falls NY. I go to the Walmart there and fill the cooler with Light and Fit. I love the flavours.

Good morning :)
Halfway point to the week. I think we might be going up to Barrie on the weekend so I'm looking forward to that. I'm sure this sounds silly, but it's a playdate for our puppies. We are still in contact with puppy #2's littermate's family. I'm hoping today isn't too boring so that day will move by.
Post-op two years, eight months.
Breakfast - protein bar
Snack - egg
Lunch - turkey pepperettes
Snack - cheese whisps and pepperoni
Dinner - chicken salad
Snack - protein shake if needed
All water and vits.
Puppy playdate is my idea of heaven. I get down on the ground and play with my neighbour's puppy. All of her hard won training flies out the window.

I know the newbies check the trackers and the signatures so although I kind of lost track of how the rest of the weight came off, you should know that it was not fast and furious but it was slow and steady!
current BMI 24.7 that, my friends, is NORMAL!!! Strong is the new pretty!
I'm saving a place for you on the loser's bench. You've got this.
I can't wait to see you posting your new menu.
