"Slow Loser..."
I tend to retain water when I exercise. Sometimes the muscles swell and hang on. It will resolve eventually. Maybe take a look at your sodium intake? You are doing great. Keep on going!

Ever staff member I have seen they tell me not to get lost in comparing myself to other. I am new to all this but it is appeling they would do that to you. Talk about deflating someone balloon. I apologize they did that and I admire you for being strong enough to do this. Your loss for you is yours and wonderful. Also you didn' start at 300 plus or anything so it would make sense to me you would be slower, right?
HUGS from Penny.
Remember you are unique and your body knows what it s doing.
I agree with all the other comments but also wanted to remind you it is common to put on pounds when you work out depending on what you are doing. Building muscle weighs more than fat but is also the foundation to help you burn more calories and lose inches. Your weight loss sounds amazing by the way. Good for you!
