Have you been to the Humber support groups?

Has anyone attended the monthly support groups for Humber RNYers? They're arranged by the SW. If so, have you found them helpful?

Yes, I go & think it's really helpful. I learn a lot just from hearing others talk about their experiences. Sometimes there are guests. Last month we had the bariatric psychiatrist & he was really good.
