What are you eating/doing today (Halloween)?
Good morning everyone! Well I made it through yesterday, barely! Had my massage and came home and in bed by 930. Decided to give myself a break from the gym today and set the alarm for 630. Well at 620 I wanted to jump up and get my ass to the gym....who does that? I fought the urge and then ended up brewing my coffee into the drip tray....forgot the mug. Sigh.
So wearing an orange dress and black tights with my tall boots today. Scary right? LOL
Eats at 18+ mos post op RNY

S - greek yogurt and blue berries (from yesterday)
L - meatloaf 5.5 oz

Have a SPOOKTACULAR day everyone! Stay away from the Treats, if you can
Happy halloween!!
Today we are having a Halloween lunch in our office. We are getting gourmet lunch boxes. I ordered a chicken and mushroom sandwich. It comes with soda water and dessert so I will give those away. I'm expecting their might be treats in the office so I will have to muster up all my willpower. DH will hand out the candy tonight. I just walked passed someone carrying a nerf toy, so I expect today could be interesting.
Post-op two years, seven months.
Breakfast - oatmeal
Snack - egg, yogurt
Lunch - lunch box sandwich
Snack - chicken
Snack - pepperoni and cheese
Dinner - beef stew
Snack - protein shake, maybe one pack of m&ms.
All water and vits.
Where's yours Miss Monica?

Happy Halloween. I borrowed this from a friend for a dance, and it wasn't a plus size. Hubby went as a scarecrow too - need my daughter to send me the picture.
I'm okay not eating candy and would usually just eat the peanut butter cups anyways - but once you start ... I'm not bringing any in to my work to give out to customers like I usually do and whatever isn't given out at the door will be given away.
B - protein bar and a pot of black decaf.
L - chicken salad
S - Armstrong cheese stick
D - Timmy's small chili that I'll eat at my daughters while I'm watching Adalynn and giving out treats.
S - Skyr and strawberries.
Calories: 762, Protein: 83, Carbs. 44. All water and vitamins.
Still plateauing at 176. Why do we seem to hover just one pound away from a significant goal weight - Same thing while striving to hit 199. It's all good and I remain a thankful traveler.
Enjoy your day and stay away from the junk. I love the saying, what you eat in private is noticed in public.

Love your costume. You are very wise Linda. Plateaus suck, but we are in this for the long haul.

Ginny you make me laugh. I didn't get up early this morning because I had a very late night. I could so see myself doing that coffee mistake.

So I am late to the party today. I woke up late and had so many errands to run.
So far I have only had a Skinny Latte, and I am about to have a protein coffee.
Maybe later some egg salad, and then when the trick or treaters are done, I have a protein snack.
Happy Halloween everyone.
