Progress Pic, last year vs. this year, Dad's birthday, plus new furbaby

I was posting pics of part of my Dad's birthday week festivities and accidentally clicked on last year's pics and found a rare photo of me (I usually hid) at the same wing place that we went to this year, so I did a side by side photo for comparison. Amazing what a a difference a year (and 121 pounds) makes :-).

In the pic on the left, I'm with my Aunt Judy, and on the right, I'm with my Mom and Dad (Judy was there too but a few seats further down the table, lol).

Also, please meet Chunkers, my new furbaby. I adopted him from the Humane Society yesterday. He's staring at me as I type, lol. He's just so cute!

Thank you so much. I can't believe I'm almost 9 months post op already.

I can't believe it's only 9 months, and already 9 months!!! This journey really is so incredible. Every day is so different, and so amazing. I am almost 2 months out since surgery, and with Opti (that was 2 weeks and 10 lbs), already down 45 lbs. Never in my life have I had this kind of success.

Congrats again! You are a great role model and inspiration in working every aspect of the tool. :)
