Ah yes the struggle is real. I really feel for you. I have been there so many times before. Your perseverance will pay off as you become lighter and healthier for surgery. Your recovery will be so much better. Thanks so much for input and reply. I love hearing what everyone is doing, and how everyone is doing. All the best to you SweetRide!

It's definitely a weird experience seeing the scale go down and down for months at a time, as you will eventually find.

I'm a couple days a week weigher. I try to do once a week, but I sneak peak half way through.

Now, I always way myself at the sametime, but for the most part my weight hasn't really fluctuated either. If it has, I know why...poor choices, but honestly that's only been a handful of times at most.

I seem to stay at a weight too and then lose. I don't know if that will last forever but I'm just focusing on the number dropping every week lol

I am as well... I had my first +0.3lbs on Thursday then was back down the same Friday morning. I do have a Fitbit scale so it did show a drop in my bodyfat%. I also, TMI coming, have not had a BM in a few days so I also blame that. Fingers crossed for Saturday morning.

I hope it stays this way forever for you too, Barb!!!

I'm an everyday weigher too... but alas, I fluctuate. I have always been one to hold a lot of water in my body, and who knows if that's the reason. I see myself go up as much as 3/4 lbs in a day. I vowed pre-surgery not to stress about it, and so far I haven't.

I still weigh daily and try to find patterns in food, sal****er, hormones, etc. I can't find too many consistent patterns, but my overall weight continues to drop, and I'm not stressed by the fluctuations, so I'm good to continue for now. :)
