SO HAPPY
Hi - It's Me MJ! I am so sorry for being so MIA - it's been crazy since I went back to work on Oct. 4. Things are going well - I will be attending my 3 month check up on Nov. 9 TWH. I am down almost 48 lbs since start of OPTI on July 18. With regards to my recovery, I only have to Hydrate, track, eat my protein and move. I joined they local Y and I do 40 minutes of cardio and light resistance training EVERY DAY. If you are on the fence - Jump! This is a gift from the Ontario Government - don't give it up! #MJM2point0
TOGETHER we can be BETTER
Best, MJ
Congratulations MJ!!

That's awesome MJ! Congrats on all of your success! I love the programs at the Y - It's such an unintimidating place - they make you feel welcome and you don't have to be so self conscious there either because there are people there of all body types. In the Oakville Y, there is a program called Healthy Hearts that I attend where you have a trainer that gives you a program to follow and it runs 3x a week. It's been great and it's nice to have a bit of guidance on what to be doing. Not sure if they have that program in other Ys, but I thought I would mention it. It's free for members and even if you are not a Y member, there is a reasonable fee for it so you don't have to commit to a full membership.
