Thanksgiving!

Hello everyone!

I'm just so excited i'm officially weighed in and landed at 149.0 this morning! After a huge (maybe stall/maybe lack of logging) the scale moves from 151 to 149 in the last few days! I'm 7 months out so progress has slowed significantly...but i'm super encouraged with the recent movement...oh and i forgot the other change was exercise...dr told me to add in resistance training so i do that 3 times a week...

We are so close. I am 7 months out and today the scale said 151.3. I cannot wait for it to be in the 40s like you. Congratulations

What type of resistance training are you doing?

HI Kathy,

I do kettlebells and some barbell lifting as part of a group class. I also use the resistance bands...i really try not to over do it because I build muscle quickly and I don't want to stall my weight loss, so I just follow along with some weights but not the heaviest weights.

Once I get to goal I may change...who knows!
