What are you eating/doing Wednesday?
Good morning all! Today is the start of my work week as I had an extra long weekend. Got lots accomplished on my extra day off yesterday.
Today is my surgiverasry. 18 mos since I got frankenguts. I'm down 1.8 lbs to my lowest weight yet, at 171.8.
Eats for today:
B - stuffed turkey breast
S - Greek yogurt and blue berries (hopefully the blueberries are still good. They're in the fridge at work)
L - cobb salad
S - 4 slices deli turkey
D - Bistro Chicken Swiss
Total Cal 1078, Carbs 41, Protein 140
Have a great day.
Good morning :)
Happy surgiversary Ginny!!
Nothing much planned for today. I got a few things done yesterday including raking leaves and picking up walnuts from our backyard. They have made quite a mess this year compared to previous years. Picking them all up should be good for my leg/butt muscles, right? ;)
Post-op two years, seven months.
Breakfast - protein bar
Snack - peanuts
Lunch - leftover beef
Snack - bacon jerky
Snack - pepperoni and cheese
Dinner - probably beef... Maybe turkey soup
Snack - protein shake if needed
All water and vits.
Hello Ginny and meggles. You are both doing so well. The scale finally moved for me again. I am on day 2 of the 48 hour pouch reset from bariatriceating.com. Today I will have 4 protein shakes during the day and having chicken for dinner. It's a work dinner so hoping the choice is chicken
So so close to the 90 pound lost mark. Can't wait to reach 100# mark. Have a great day everyone.
