Sucralose and optifast
Are we allowed sucralose on optifast?
The mio and my fiber supplement have sucralose and I just wanted to know if that was allowed. Thanks

Mio was specifically mentioned to me by my nut as an acceptable item when I asked abou****er flavourings. As for fibre, she said the "sugar free" version was what to look for and often that means they've used a sugar alcohol instead. If you're worried about it I would call and ask.
My centre only allowed one specific fibre supplement. It was on our handout.
Like the previous poster said, your best bet is to call your centre. Each one has such specific rules, you want to be sure you're in compliance with your centre's guidelines.
