Good afternoon everyone and belated Happy Thanksgiving.
We went camping on the weekend and the park had a combination Thanksgiving/Halloween weekend for the kids. It was wonderful. Any weekend in October when you're still wearing shorts is indeed wonderful. Walked, played, stuck to my program, drank a bit of wine and was down two pounds. Life is good!
B - protein shake, black decaf.
S - Pepperette
L - half a protein bar and 1/2 cup of egg salad made with low fat mayo
S - other half of protein bar
D - 3 oz. tilapia and 1/2 cup of green beans with 1 tsp. parmesan cheese
S - 1/2 cup of Skyr and 1/4 cup of strawberries
Calories: 810, Protein: 101, Carbs.: 44, All water and vitamins tonight.
