Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Here are some questions!

Do you celebrate Thanksgiving?

Is Thanksgiving a difficult time for you when it comes to food?

What are you eating for dinner? Any good recipes for post-op folks?

I'm currently making prime rib roast, with mashed potatoes, carrots, and green beans.

Hope everyone is having a relaxing, safe weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving Lina_Ann! Our family usually cooks a traditional turkey supper but my niece moved away recently - so we went to see her new apt and we went to Swiss Chalet for dinner. I ate some stuffing, chicken, vegetables (no bun) so it was all good!

Thanks! I love Swiss Chalet. For some reason I am addicted to their ceaser salad and soups.

Happy Thanksgiving! Your dinner sounds great.

My family went to Montreal this year. I decided to stay home because I didn't feel ready for the travel yet. I celebrated with friends and had my own version of turkey because I'm on soft food!!

i made turkey meatloaf muffins and cauliflower rice (with Parmesan cheese). I brought enough cauliflower rice for the table and it was a huge hit!
