S - 1/2 protein bar
D - 1.5 scrambled eggs and some cheese
S - Skyr and blueberries
Poor planning for me today - kind of emotional and not sure what end is up. Not enough calories. All protein, low carb, all water and all vitamins.

(Size 8/10 - small/medium). Lost 100 lbs by Month 9! M10: 5 lbs. M11: 4 lbs. One year: 6 lbs. Total 111 lbs. lost!
