It's ok but I was relieved!!!
Im doing great! Down more than 30lbs since Sept 1st when I started Opti and my pouch seems really agreeable so far. We'll see how puréed food sits but so far so good. Meeting my water and protein goals and not feeling too bad. A little sore and tired easily but I really can't complain!
