Time frame questions Ottawa Hospital

Hello All!!

It has been a long road to get to this point since I backed out(gracefully) from the process and restarted in June. I am with Weight Management at the Ottawa Hospital. I have had all of my tests and classes and had an endoscopy in July and completed all my finals with dietitian, behaviorist, and NP in August. I had to wait for sleep study results and a follow up and now that that is all done, what next? Surgery class? and then how long til I see the surgeon and get .....gasp...a surgery date!!! Even typing that makes me excited!

I am replying to myself! Going to see the surgeon this month, just got the call!

I'm out of Toronto so I don't know what happens next, but it sounds like you're getting close and things are going to start moving quickly for you now. :)

congratulations, once you see the surgeon it (surgery booked) can happen within a week or two. It also depends if you can take the first date they offer or not.

Once you start Opti, you know its within 3 weeks.
