2 Weeks out and I am starting work again today. I am feeling great. If I didn't know I had surgery I don't think I would know.

Also super excited about starting purees. What was your fav?

Wow, I'm so glad you are feeling great!

My fave puree meal was chicken with Greek yogurt and hot sauce (tastes like hot wings).

Thanks! Did you boil the chicken or bake it?

Congratulations! It sounds like you're doing really well. Everyone is different, so take this with a grain of salt. I was also feeling great at two weeks, and then did too much. I ended up exhausted, and now I'm managing my energy better than I was... taking breaks, sleeping earlier, etc.

Puréed was the best transition ever!! I made a slow cooker stew I loved! I put in beef cubes, lentils, a carrot (chopped), and an onion (chopped) with some chicken broth. I added spices: salt, pepper, a bit of chili powder, cumin, oregano... Set and cook on low for 6 hours. It was easy to purée. Leftovers kept in the fridge and froze well.

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. Choose happy.
