Ice cold hands and feet
Good idea with the baths. I've been drinking herbal tea before bed to try to warm up. I love holding the mug in my hands to warm my fingers, lol.

An electric blanket will help as will a winter weight goose down duvet... Love my duvet.

I've always had issues with cold feet/cold hands at times; however I have noticed since surgery, I do find myself dealing with feeling cold more often over all.
I know its been joked to me, losing so much weight I've lost my 'insulation'...not sure if there's any truth to that or not.
My feet are generally worse than my hands though, hopefully you won't need those gloves too long.
Hopefully it gets better for you.

Thanks, I don't mind wearing the gloves. I crocheted a matching water bottle holder, in pretty fall colours, lol.
I do hate having to wear socks though; I generally prefer to be barefoot, but my feet still freeze, even under the covers, unless i put on socks.
I think I read somewhere that eating lower carbs can make us feel colder but not sure how true that is.

I hear you on wearing the socks to bed. If its really bad, I generally, run ho****er over my feet in the tub til they are warm. I can't sleep if my feet are freezing, and like I said hate wearing socks to bed, so I do everything I can to avoid it lol
I know I don't nearly eat the carbs I use to, but I don't avoid carbs by any means. It would be interesting if there's any truth to it, and the reasons behind it.
Seems like reading the other posts, that it seems somewhat common that we get cold easier.
Hopefully our bodies will reset and be 'normal' temperature one day lol

Yep, me too. Already wearing gloves on walks, but that maybe more to keep my rings on.
Starting to wear socks to bed, but making the most of it and putting lotion on first they are now less calloused.
So I think it may be less fat - down almost 1 shoe size, my socks are too big - I think shoe shopping is in my future!
