snack: vanilla protein drink heated with pumpkin spice (new FAVORITE)

Good morning everyone! Was up a little early this morning so I took my coffee to the hottub! Have been to the gym and now at work. I think today I will get a pedicure at lunch time. My toes are looking a little scary. I'm down 2 lbs from my holiday weight gain. Water and exercise are my friend!

Work is crazy right now. I will probably be exhausted tonight. We will also have to entertain my 10 year old granddaughter for 2 hours. That can also be exhausting.
I had trouble falling asleep last night because my mind would not turn off. I am going to need a lot of coffee to make it through today without hitting someone.
