Well you have been through the wringer, haven't you? I'm so glad you are on the mend and sorry you had to go through all that. Its good for people considering this surgery to hear both the good and bad things that can happen to you. Some of us sail through and others have all kinds of complications and challenges. You have the best attitude and I hope you will be better from here on out. You are making great progress! 50 lbs already!! Holy smokes!
Wow Candi. Are you competing or something for the Highest Number of Complications Award - lol.
I'm glad you are getting better, I'm sorry for your challenging recovery, and I am happy that you are happy that you made the decision towards better health.
Too true that everyone's journey is different, but your outlook, perseverance and hopefully support from those around you makes all the difference showing in your realistic, but positive outlook.
Keep us posted and do come back here often. It helps you, and others, to share. Post your food on the daily thread as this also helps.
All the best,
Linda

WOW what a ride my surgery buddy! I have been so wrapped up in my own recovery. I feel I could have been more attentive. I am so happy to hear that you are on the mend. I too am going back to work next week Wednesday. I feel good. I have tried to do sort of a trial run this week but feel I am exhausted by 3 pm. I hope that won't happen next week as my hours are from 8:30 to 4:30 - at least we will get a three day weekend! Even though you got to a rocky start your numbers are amazing. I am down 39 lbs since start of OPTI - I have lost inches but I have my 2 month update on Sunday. I'll keep you posted. xoxo
TOGETHER we can be BETTER
Best, MJ
Hey MJ,
No worries, I understand. Best of luck next week as well. And I'm nervous too as I'm hoping working 8-4 will be nice and I'm not ready for a nap lol. Your numbers are awesome, can't wait to hear your 2 month update xo
