Orientation April 2016 - Final approvals December 2016. Surgical Class January 23, 2017. Met with Dr. Reed February 7, 2017. Opti start date March 1, 2017. Surgery March 15, 2017 (Dr. Foute-Nelong).

Hello Seyenna first off let me tell you that you look amazing and i am sure that you have accomplished "non scale victories"...my favorite saying after bariatric surgery.

I am also 2.5 years out of surgery and it does not get easier thats for sure. I just started the 8 week back to basic / food awareness program at TWH-so far it is going really well. Everyone in the session is anywhere from 1 year to 5 years out. We all have pretty much the same issues and concerns.

I started at 285 and am down close to 100 pounds. I still have a little way to go but feel great. Loose skin; thats another story!! Are you thinking about having skin removal surgery?
