hello everyone. Travel work day for me today so lots of time in the car. Here are my eats

b: protein bar

snack: Greek yogurt and berries

l: chicken burger with goat cheese and sundries tomato

s: turkey pepperette and baby belke

d: steak and spinach.

Hope to get a run in but I have been super tired at night lately.

Urrrr. Just posted - a long one (as usual), and it disappeared. This one will be shorter.

B - protein shake and large black decaf.

S - Armstrong cheese stick

L - 4 oz. shrimp with 2 tbsp. seafood sauce

S - Pepperette

D - 3/4 cup roast beef, 1/4 cup of carrots

S - 1 Dad's oatmeal cookie with a cup of tea (a considerate, thoughtful and occasional choice)

Calories: 749, Protein: 88, Carbs: 40. All water and no vitamins

I have to work till 6pm tonight so hopefully it goes by fast!

I had been keeping my calories around 950 since July and was in a 2 week "stall" recently. Increased my cals to 1100-1200 the last 2 days and have seen a 3lb drop. Not sure if it's related or what but I'll take it. Need to add some calories into today's day- maybe an egg somewhere in there.

B: Premier protein and coffee

S: Pretzels and peanut butter

L: naked burrito: little bit of rice, beans, cheese, salsa, hot sauce, green peppers, tomatoes and jalepenos (so good!!!)

D: Tenderloin, 1/2 baked potatoe with cheese/ 1/2 sour cream 1/2 greek yogurt and onion with my steak (we didn't eat this last night so tonight it is)

Cals: 937, protein 77 and carbs 69 - been increasing my carbs lately and still losing weight

RNY Jan 16/17 Surgery @ St. Mikes with Dr. Rotstein. Pre-Surgery -20lbs & Optifast -15lbs. Year 1 Loss after RNY: 131lbs

Hello everyone,

Today is my one month follow up at TWH so I'll be out and about for the whole day.

B - 1.5 Poached Eggs, a nibble of Melba toast

L - Protein Shake, may possibly treat myself to a snack size booster juice while at the hospital. I have learned that they will make them with no yogurt (too many cals and sugar) and your own protein powder if you ask nicely.

D - 2oz Salmon, 1 tbsp curried vegetable puree

S - Protein Shake w/ Skim Milk

The below values are based on not having booster juice but a plain shake for lunch. If I have a booster juice the calories will go up my 150, the protein stays the same and carbs will be around 40g.

Cal: 480 Protein: 76g Carb: 15g

Oooh must investigate.. Starbucks will too but I still have not figured out how to get them to make a skinny frappucino- any ideas??

I get frappe all the time from Starbucks, ask will ask for non fat 1/2 sweet if there coffee decafe. I like java chip so I ask for decafe mon fat, 1/2 sweet no whip and chocolate drizzle. They do have skinny coffee frap and skinny caramel. But any drinks I order from there I always ask for 1/2 sweetened

Having a blah day. Yesterday my pouch decided she didn't want anything I ate. (Nothing new, same as every other day since surgery...just wasn't having any of it). And woke up today feeling grumpy. I decided to have Netflix and chill day...by my self :)

so I decided to give food a try again too...lol

Breakfast - 1/4 cup skyr yogurt

morning - premier protein shake

lunch - 1/4 cup cottage cheese

afternoon - premier protein shake

supper - 1/4 cup cream of celery soup with added protein

(on the plus side food is sitting well again)
