Yes I am aware, this woman does have a FB page that has some free meal plans and recipes too. I just find I get a lot of variety and that the values (calories, protein, complex carbs fats and sugars) are consistent and with a family of 7 plus our zoo it is less stress on me to have this available new every week. It just saves me from the trouble of combining my needs and family's wants. To each their own, I have too much other stuff happening to spend hours assembling a menu that meets everyone.

Thank you for the input, I hope I didn't come across as standoffish.
