I am extremely happy to say I have a date! I go for surgery September 29th!
OptiFast starts tomorrow! That part Of am dreading since we are hosting a dinner party but everyone knows and have been a great support through all of this.
I just have to give a shout out to Jules, Oneatatimes and Smoka for being my sounding board lately with all the frustration! I will be on the bench with you soon!

Oh wow!!! I am so happy for you. I know how much you have been wishing for this day to come! Defiantly advocating for yourself has influenced this positive result. I haven't read all of the responses to your post yet, so maybe this has been asked, but just curious... are they doing it in one surgery or 2? I am here to support you in any way I can. Julie
They are going to be doing it in a single surgery. They convinced Dr Hong to do the surgery
