crazy work day as usual - then have to leave early to get my son to the dentist and then we are all going on a family date night to see a play in Sarnia.

Breakfast: 3/4 protein drink in my coffee

snack: 15 almonds

lunch: Chicken sausage and cheese sticks

snack: 3 oz buffalo chicken

dinner - tbd - at a restaurant

lots of water and fluids and my vits.

exercise - sadly - this is lost on me - only getting out maybe 2 times a week ... I need to make this a priority but not really sure how to do that

I'll have to look into finding a recipe to try. Though things are changing in my world... we've decided to go off birth control. I'm incredibly excited and a little nervous about all the post-op differences.
Sorry for the slow reply.

Good morning,

I agree with you Leeann that exercise is evading me a bit as well, but I have been committed to walking and as soon as I get the spare room cleared out (hopefully this weekend, I can do my Aeropilates and hopefully take care of some of the inner thigh wobble. I'm thrilled to have lost as much weight as I have and my stomach really doesn't look bad - but my thighs - wowza! The muscle is there and always has been, so walking and pilates will hopefully help.

I think I may have had my first dumping due to my own stupidity. I got a small blueberry and pomegranate smoothy yesterday and drank the whole thing in about 15 minutes - too much too fast. I was in pain when I got home from grocery shopping and threw some of it up. Not really "throwing up", but almost as if I had released an overflow valve and it just came up without retching. Yuck and ow! I know better, but I guess part of learning is trying new things. Thankfully my restrictions are very much there and whether it was the sugar, the amount, or the speed at which it was drunk (or all of the above), I won't be experimenting again anytime soon. This tool definitely works

B - protein shake and a pot of black decaf. coffee

S - chicken pepperette

L - 6 chicken meatballs with 1 tbs. low fat mayo (don't really like these so just trying to finish the box - dry).

S - 6 Mary's crackers with 2 tbsp. of a homemade cheese ball.

D - Asked my son to put a roast in the crockpot with onion, potatoes and carrots. Plan to have 3/4 cup of the roast with a few carrots (or not; dependable he ain't).

Calories: 794, Protein: 68, Carbs. 28. All water and vitamins.

Enjoy your day.

Yep, I made that mistake with a premier protein two days in a row. took the second time for me to clue in that chugging the last gulp of shake was not a good idea...
