Final Opti shake tonight

Well I made it through the Optifast diet portion with very few complaints. I actually found them pretty tasty. Especially Vanilla...yum

Tomorrow I start clear fluids until surgery Friday.

Will I be starving for 2 days ?

Good for you! I loved Opti - I found it to be the easiest part. You will be fine the rest of the week. Keep you eye on the prize...keep busy and rest tons. So excited to make room for you on the loser's bench! All the best, please keep us posted.

Congratulations! I grew to like the Opti too, and preferred the Vanilla as well.

I didn't have to do clear fluids; I was on Opti until the day before surgery, then just had to fast (no liquids or food or vitamins) starting the night before surgery. I was thirsty because I wasn't able to drink more than a sip to take my asthma meds the morning of surgery, but not hungry at all. Then after surgery, definitely not hungry, lol.
