Orientation went great! I now understand why it was so long. We had pre op and post op nutrition classes and a social work class along with what to expect before, during, and after surgery. I am looking forward to moving to the next steps. I have already made several changes: no caffeine or carbonated drinks for months now....my next goals are more protein and increased activity.
