Tomorrow is Surgery day for me!
Hello All,
I am posting this now because I am going to be so busy in the next 24 hours! We got back from up north very late last night. It was a busy weekend so I was not so preoccupied with everything that is about to happen. I am grateful for that. I started fasting (clear liquids) yesterday and will continue to do so today. I haven't been on Optifast, so transitioning into that was a bit rough yesterday - especially being on the road all day - but I survived. I woke up with a headache but I knew that was to be expected. I am going to my pre-op appointment this morning then going to the travel agent to check out bookings for a cruise in the afternoon. We are hoping to go away for New Years. ....so exciting and I can't wait to take off this extra weight to be able to move with ease!
Anyway, needless to say I am so grateful for this opportunity of WLS and wanted to thank all of you for helping me through so far. It's been a really long year and a half waiting for this happen!
I won't be online until I come home (probably Friday) so I will post then.
