Oh no! That sounds painful. Have they been ongoing? Consistent? Or do they come and go? if come and go, how often?

Sounds painful.

Have you noticed any pattern of when they start? After you drink? Anything in particular?

Are you using straws? Taking big sips?

I know that from the band side of things the hiccups were often after consuming a bit too much. Have you found this? Taking in air when drinking and even the antacid you may be taking could have side effects.

Oh no; I'm sorry to hear that.

My friend had surgery a year ago and she hiccups when she's eating, and it's a sign to stop eating. If she stops, there are no more hiccups, but if she keeps going, she has more hiccups. She also sometimes sneezes instead of hiccuping. Are yours like that, or just random?
