Hi guys. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I got lots done around the house. shopped too much (new rug, new tv cabinet etc....all online). Had a barbecue at a neighbors on Sunday which was so much fun. They had home made bread which I tried for the first time since surgery 11 months ago. Back on plan yesterday and same 'ol, same 'ol today.

Went into a walk in again on the weekend and got a referral for a blood test to see if anything shows up that can explain the dizziness.

B-Chia Pudding

s-mixed nuts

L-Protein oat muffin

S-chia pudding

D-tilapia, guac and tomato

S-Premier with espresso

I'm back! After a week of vacation hanging out at the house and 4 days of driving back and forth to Brantford for my son's baseball provincials - I'm happy to be back to school and starting hockey (my son is tonight).

I have officially lost 101lbs since surgery and 135lbs in total! It's INSANE! I cleaned out my closet last night and found a pair of size 24 pants (not even my biggest!) and could fit both legs into 1 pant leg. It's crazy to me. My DH said he doesn't remember the big me as I've always just been me (rewind that a year ago and I wouldn't believe he said that!). I'm not in size 10/12 pants and size 6-8 shirts. My legs are still a trouble spot for me. Oh well!

Haven't decided on dinner yet since we will be out...

B: Premier & Coffee

S: Premier protein 1/2

L: Chicken Teriaki bowl from M&M's (1/2 of this and because I was away all weekend, it was an easy grab)

S: Premier protein 1/2

D: unknown right now

Cals 475, Protein 70, carbs 36

Good morning! I am 1-week post op from VSG. Hit my post surgery plateau already so I'm a bit bummed out but I know it will pass soon.

B - Chocolate Protein Shake (made with 1/2 water, 1/2 skim milk)

S - 100g Plain Yogurt

L - Quaker Oatmeal w/ Cinnamon and Splenda added

S - 100g Yogurt

D - Chocolate Protein Shake (Jus****er)

Cal 460, Protein 66, Carbs 36

It's safe to assume however that this will be less 50 cal and 9 carbs as I can't finish a whole package of oatmeal yet.

Have a great day.
