Good morning Gang! I was up and dressed for the gym this morning and then read my texts. A late text last night saying my friend wouldn't be going to the gym.....reason enough for me to crawl back into bed for a spell! Lazy beeyotch that I am....
Today is my FRIDAY! although I do have to end the day with a trip to the dentist. Will make a trip to Costco tonight to pick up a few things for the weekend.
Not much on the go today. Will get out for my break walks but other than that a lazy day.
B - skyr with coconut clusters
S - summer sausage with old cheddar
L - 2 HB eggs, strawberries/blueberries w. cool whip
S - premier protein shake
D - chicken sausage
Total Cal 1026, Carbs 36, protein 99

I woke up refreshed this morning. I've been dreaming so much that I wake up tired because I've been so active. I've planned my food at work better today - something I'm still working on.
B - protein shake and black decaf.
S - Armstrong cheese stick
L - 7 large shrimp with 1 tbsp. seafood sauce
S - Skyr with frozen berries
D - Salmon burger with green salad
Calories: 556, Protein: 95, Carbs: 18. All water and vitamins.
