Good morning Pouch Pals! And an early morning it is! Took my (1st) coffee to the hottub this morning, so peaceful out there. Hope you all had a good weekend, mine was busy busy busy. Lots on the go on Saturday and then we went to the drive in Saturday night. The Hitman's Bodyguard and Logan Lucky. The first was good, the second not worth me staying up that late for!
Sunday we had to put a new roof on the shed at our rental property. My tenant is my friend that I go to the gym with so she made us lunch when we were all done. Then home and I made my Trucker and my mom some banana bread. Relatively early night which is why I'm up at the this ungodly hour I suppose.
Heading to the gym this morning and then the regular boring work day:
B - 100 gr pot roast
S - skyr with blueberries
L - cobb salad
S - 4 slices deli turkey with 1 slice light marble cheese
D - 2 chicken sausages
Trucker has a ball game tonight, then home. He had to get up at 3 this morning so we'll be coming home for an early night.

Also up disgustingly early this morning ;) Puppy 2 has to go for what we hope is a relatively minor surgery to pull the pins out of his knee. One is migrating out and causing pain. He doesn't do well with general anesthesia so they are going to try sedation and local. It's about an hour drive to the clinic and I'm going to have to pick him up later today. So lots of driving... I will need a nap so I will probably drop one thing below depending on when that happens.
Breakfast 1 - bacon jerky on the road
Breakfast 2 - protein shake
Snack - turkey sausage
Lunch - chicken and veg
Snack - cheese stick, pepperoni
Dinner - bunless burger
Snack - protein shake
All water and vits.

A full menu planned out for today...highly doubt I'll eat everything unless I'm really hungry today but we'll see. Better to have a plan and adjust as the day goes on then have no plan at all.

back to my usual boring menu today. Yesterday I was under calories despite being at my brother in law's wedding. I ate high protein and light during the day knowing I would have no idea what was for dinner. We ended up with Portuguese style bbq chicken and they had Greek salad Whoopee! I had those and ignored the rice and potatoes so I could have a little dessert. I had a profiterole, a chocolate covered strawberry (gave hubby half the chocolate) and a couple of forkfuls of hubby's piece of wedding cake. In other news I reformulated the protein oat muffin and added a touch more protein. I love it, hubby thinks it is drier. I'm right, he's wrong
