What are you eating /doing Friday
enjoy your holiday!
I woke up to an amazing surprise this morning 139.6!!! I have never, ever been in the 130's, not in high school, not in university. In other news, I have bruises all up and down my back because I went Go-kart racing on Wednesday and I no longer have a fat layer protecting my spine. I am finding it hard to sit in a bathtub or on a hard chair because my tailbone gets banged. I wonder if this happens to everyone or if I just have a prominent tail bone.

djnner - no idea. So lazy. If I didn't have kids and a husband to cook for some days I think I would just eat packs of Costco tuna and pp shakes. Lol.
referral: early June 2016; surgery Feb 21, 2017
What tuna do you get at Costco, looking for some easy inspiration?
And if just plain tuna, what are you mixing it with for moistness?
Trying to add (real) food into my diet, FINALLY, it is still hit and miss on whether I get past a bite or two before going naw not doing it.
