What are you eating/doing Wednesday?
Post Op RNY 16 mos
Good morning menu Peeps. Its going to be a long day. I didn't catch a wink of sleep between 1 and 4:30 nor was there much before or after those times. Wish I could have stayed in to try and get some. But since I'm up I might as well go to the gym.
BBQ tonight at my boss' house. I know he's planning on beef and chicken kebobs and some sort of salads so there will be lots of protein for me. I had to add an additional yogurt to what I had planned last night because I got up hungry this morning. Need fuel for the gym as we are trying a new work out routine this morning.
So calories are a little high than I'd like so I may scale back on the snacks, we'll see if I really need them
B1 - oikos greek yogurt
B2 - zucchini lasagna (maybe I won't need this, swap it for a protein shake?? just thought of that, fewer calories but same protein)
S - 2 HB eggs, 2 dill pickles
L - homemade chicken salad, 3.9 oz chicken with celery, green onion, 3 tbsps. light mayo
S - 4 slices deli chicken with 1 slice of light marble
D- beef kabob
Total Cal 1249, Carbs43, Protein 118 (seeing it all typed out seems like a lot of food, maybe I won't eat it all, better to have and not need, than to need and not have)
Have a good day.
Good morning :)
Today has turned into a busy day. I'm getting a consult this morning to possibly have some spots treated on my face. Then I have yet another interview with a fourth company this afternoon. I thought my soccer game was cancelled tonight but we just got an email saying it might be on... I would like to do some yard work since the weather is nice.

Luckily the go Karting is down by cherry beach somewhere so not too far from the soccer game. I went to costco and bought a ton of chicken..so food prepped like crazy last night. Made some protein muffins too and will have one for dinner, since the event provided food will be pizza.

Started the morning rough with my daughter. She didn't want to go to grandmas and wanted to stay home with me or go to my work. So I had to bribe her - ugh. 2 more days then we are on vacation until school starts so that'll help. I had a hard time with dinner last night, it didn't sit well so I'm feeling weird. Liquids for me today and hopefully that'll make things feel better. I don't think I ate slow enough/chewed well enough. 7 months out and that happens- frustrating. Oh well. My fault.
4x premier protein for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.
We'll see how the day goes to see if I can add in some solid food. Maybe some cheese or skinny pop later if things are going well (these aren't in my stats or logged yet).
