Day One (again) of opti!

two weeks until Surgery.

i am so excited.

a bit too excited. i have to cut down on the coffee. my mood is in an upswing and i cant be unstable for surgery. it would not be a good thing. (for those who dont know i have Bipolar II and mood swings can be dangerous for me)

i actually poured too much instant coffee in my opti this morning. it tastes nice and rich but i can't risk the intense caffination. so decaff for the rest of the day.

but yes first day on opti. i am excited. i bought macdonalds last night as a last meal sort of thing as i will NEVER be having it again. i didn't even want it. i ate half and threw the rest out. i think in my head i grow ever more ready for this huge lifestyle change.

anyway have a good day everyone i am sure i will see you on the boards today

Good luck... make cold brew decaf...it is lovely!

Ah food funerals....I had one already ... gummy bears ... it was sad... it was hard to say good bye.. used to eat anything gummy worms... sours... bears... peaches...yum and at 500 calories a bag .. hmmm..so it sayonara... I actually dream about them .. lol I am not kidding...

oh man. i was lucky enough to be done with micky d's i couldnt even finish. but i am not a real candy fan. i am thinking i will miss chocolate cake with frosting. ( i had it like once a year if that but yeah that will be sad)

Cold brew decaf, is that the just brewed hot, then refridgerated, or is it the special brewed cold, i dont have the equipment for that.
