Morning! I'm working today till about 1:50pm then meeting up with Countrysweetheart for coffee at starbucks! I'm going to pick my son up from camp so my mother in law doesn't have to take my 4 year old out of the house during the eclipse and chance her looking at the sun because 4 year olds don't get it. I told her this morning not to look at the sun and she covered her head in a blanket and didn't want to look at the sky. lol Oh geeze. This is easier that I just go get him.

Other than that we really don't have anything planned for today. Baseball is winding down (only 2 exhibition games, practices then provincials on labour day weekend) and soon hockey tryouts will begin (last year for fall tryouts). My life is getting calmer. :) and I slept for 10 hours last night which NEVER happens!

B: Premier protein and decaf

L: pretzels and peanut butter

D: Hamburger patty, cheese, onion, ketchup and mustard

S: Unsweetened iced passion tea - no lemonade (0 cals for the win!!!)

cals: 818, protein 67, carbs 39

Ok. today could have been better. organized an eclipse viewing party at work and ordered dozen's of cupcakes and made eclipse cookies from regular oreos and golden oreos, which i painstakingly opened and put together so one side was dark and one side was light. I broke 2 during the making and decided to eat them rather than throw them out. Is fine because my macros still balance and calories are still under my limit for the day, but gonna have to be lower carb for the remainder of the day for it to stay this way. In other news, my husband is picking up my wedding rings today. Resized from a 7 to a 5.5!

B-premier with espresso

S-Chia pudding with fruit, 1 oreo

L-salmon sashimi and daikon radish, 1 oreo

S-Chia pudding with fruit, almonds

D-chicken with beets and zucchini

S. 1/2 premier with espresso

1255 calories.

Always looking for something different on the menu. I get tired of eating the same thing all the time. Bought two premade at the grocery store. They're good, but I don't do it often because of the rice in them.
