I am five days after you, so i will be watching your progress with great interest.
i am so happy for you getting it so quickly.
don't worry about opti. you could be like me and have no problems. i mix it with coffee in the morning. Just some instant coffee crystals with the powder and then ice and water and mix it all up. i prefer the chocolate. but vanilla mixes better with other flavours (mio and toraini and davinci syrups)

I ended up getting only chocolate Opti based on what I read in people's posts. I mixed it with coffee and it was palatable.

You will do great on Opti! I actually didn't mind the 3 weeks of it. I hate food planning and only having opti made it super easy! ;)
