I really enjoyed our meeting last night!
What is very interesting is we compared our photo from our first gathering 2 months ago & we were amazed at the transformation of all of us.
For those of you that missed it that is okay....

IN THE END WE ONLY REGRET CHANCES WE DIDN'T TAKE. 
Too bad I missed this! And I was in Ottawa early pm for my 6months appointment with the nurse although not sure I would have stuck around for that many hours for coffee ;-) I'll put the Sept date in my calendar and see if I can make it to that one.
