How long was your orientation?
I got my orientation date on Friday. It is for Sept 13 17. I was shocked when they told me it was 7 hours long!! What exactly should I expect?

wow! Sudbury must do it differently. I think mine at TWH was between 2-3 hrs

Pre-Op=8.8lbs --- Optifast= 8.4 (was on it for 9 days due to cancellation)

When I had my orientation at Sudbury it was 3 different presentations and filling out paperwork. They(social worker and dietitian) talk about everything to expect and how your diet will change. It is very informative. I registered at 8 and went down to the meeting room around 8:15(ish) we had a break for lunch and I think we were done by 3.
