WHAT TRACKER SYSTEM ARE YOU USING???

I use the good old pen and paper. It is easy, efficient and will be a lost art one day with all the gadgets and apps available.

I also journal daily though too to keep my thoughts and feelings in check.

I am not tech savvy by choice. I do enough at work so I'm glad to shut it down at 4:30.

I really like Myfitnesspal on my laptop. I don't like it on my phone at all, so I just use it on the laptop.

I prefer Baritastic. It has timers built in to help you eat and tell you when you can drink after a meal. It also has the exercise and water tracking and will hook up to a fit-bit etc.

It is a bit different than MFP but they have helpful videos on how to do everything. The videos are right in the App in the help section.

A few months ago I started using both MyFitnessPal and Baritastic at the same time. I found that I prefer Baritastic and have been using it ever since.
