Triage
I found out today I am in the triage stage. I am still waiting for a orientation date. Does anyone know if they take other factors into consideration other than health issues during the triage process? I am going through the Sudbury clinic.

i haven't heard of this before.
Surgery Jun.2/17 at TWH ----- HW 215 - SW 197.2 - GW 125 CW 124.6
Pre-Op=8.8lbs --- Optifast= 8.4 (was on it for 9 days due to cancellation)
M1 - 20.6... M2 -10.2... M3 -8.0... M4 -5.8... M5 -9.0... M6 -5.2... M7 -7.0... M8 -2.2... M9 -0.9... M10 -2.6... M11-0.6... M12-2.0
I dont really know what the process is. I was referred. They called me to say they got the referral. Then they sent a questionaire in the mail for me to fill out. It was a lot of very personal questions. My doc had to fill out one too and had to do bloodwork and a sleep study referral. I expected this to be done after my orientation. It seems like a lot of work to do when some people end up backing out after orientation(I will NOT be one of those people).

Hi, I went through Sudbury. Never heard of the triage stage.
Sudbury has orientation every week, or they used to. My doctor referred me and I got a date that wasn't good for me, called them, and it was super easy to change the date for orientation. You can always give them a call to see if they've gotten your referral.

1st Day of (3 weeks worth of) Optifast: Jan. 11, 2017

I actually did call and that was when i was told that my paperwork was sent to triage...i asmed about orientation....she said it it could take awhile...i guess things have changed.
