What are you eating/doing Saturday?

Post Op VSG 10 months
Late morning for me today so posting this super late. Got to sleep in which was really nice, but I woke up too late and missed out on our local farmer's market that happens every Saturday morning. Here's hoping I can make it to the next one lol. Was at an all time low of 170lbs yesterday, but scale was back up 2lbs again this morning, boo. But it's most likely because I haven't pooped in 2 days, LOL! So I'm not too concerned. Gotta keep calm and carry on.
Today's eats:
Coffee: 2tsp instant coffee, 2oz Vanilla Premier Protein as coffee creamer, 2tbsp Da Vinci Sugar Free Hazelnut syrup
B: 1oz high fiber bran cereal, 2oz blueberries, 0.5 Atkins french vanilla shake as 'milk'
L: 1oz dried cured meat, 1 sunny side up egg, 0.5 low carb pita, 1 cream cheese cube, 1 mini cucumber
D: 1 cup spinach, 1 hard boiled egg, 1.5oz chicken breast strips, 0.5oz light feta cheese, 10g salad dressing
S1: 3.5oz Granny Smith apple slices, 15g peanut butter, 1 babybel
S2: 3oz plain Greek yogurt, 2.5oz peach slices, 15g almonds
Totals: 970cals, 71g carbs - 25g fiber = 46g net carbs, 76g protein
Been trying to go a bit easy with protein and increase carbs and fiber from healthy sources to help with constipation issues.
