Need help with perking up and flavouring Optifast

My birthday is the same day as yours Happy Birthday! I found the way I liked my vanilla opti with 1 teaspoon of decafe coffee, coconut extract, dash of cinnamon and ice! I drank everyone after like this to the end!! I still want one today 6 months out! Best of luck!

I am preparing and I ordered natural unsweetened organic flavorings from IHERB.

I got strawberry, cherry and banana royale.

I found Rum, Vanilla, Lemon, Orange here.

All pure unsweetened.

I hear opti and slime are sweet already.

I started optifast today, breakfast was vanilla Opti mixed with chilled decaf coffee and sugar free caramel syrup. Lunch was Chocolate Opti with peppermint extract it was yummy. Dinner was vanilla with raspberry extract and for snacks I mixed the forth Chocolate shake with orange extract and froze them into Popsicles. I bought concentrated flavourings from Bulk Barn so I can try different flavour combinations. I have to do three weeks and I need to keep it interesting.

Hi OrangeBlossom, Thank you very much for sharing your ideas with me. I have to do three weeks as well, for the chocolate I'm going to try adding Banana and almond extract together! Also for the chocolate I'm going to mix coconut almond extract together. I was also told to try pumpkin spice with cinnamon. Love the idea of making Popsicles, just in case I have a hard time drinking that 4th package. Thank you and good luck!

I bought bottles of Loranne's oils from Bulk Barn. They are not actually oils there are used for flavourings in candy making. There are extremely concentrated so you only need a couple of drops. They are making Opti palatable to me. My new favourite is butterscotch and peppermint in Vanilla Opti, they remind me of humbugs, candy my Gran used to give me.

OMG I will for sure look at Bulk Barn for the Loranne's oils, It would be a blast if I could get candy apple flavouring lol I remember humbugs as a child as well my great grandfather always had them in his candy jar, what a great childhood memory! Thanks again OrangeBlossom
