You know your ready for change when...
Hey Guys!
so I come home from work today, I work 3-11 and go into the fridge to get some water for my optifast(I'm on my 3rd day) and I see a box in the fridge. I open it and it's fries leftover from my parents dinner. I'm not going to lie I did think to myself"would it really matter if I had one fry....would anyone really notice?" So I picked one up looked at it and I think I even surprised myself in putting it back down. Now I know that sounds crazy and you probably don't understand why I'm telling you this. But for me, this was a huge accomplishment. I think it just proved to myself that I can handle this surgery, I can handle the meal plans they give me and I'm ready for this change.

Century Club and Onederland in month 7!!
Good for you! You got this and you are ready. Yeah, no one would know but you would and it would "eat" at you knowing that you did "cheat" this way you can proudly say you didn't! I had many temptations over my 14 days of Opti but it felt great to know that I got through it without a bite, lick or taste!
TOGETHER we can be BETTER
Best, MJ
i totally get it! Good for you
