2nd DAY! That's very exciting@ How are you feeling? I remember my second day and IT WAS TOUGH! I didn't have any complications but I was just SO uncomfortable...but it quickly turned around and everyday was SO MUCH better than the day before. It's an exciting time!! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

Good morning Gemma,
Congratulations on your weight loss, but more importantly, your practical outlook. People around us are affected, both positively and negatively, and not just those who are close to us but strangers as well. Our weight loss does slow, but we need to continue using what we've learned. At 4 months, I can't eat a lot at one time and that is okay. Being accepting instead of lamenting impossible to achieve goals is SO much better.
I'm glad to hear you are doing so well. Enjoy your holiday and journey on!

I'm doing really well. Sticking to my program, learning from my appointments and from members on this site and choosing success one day and one pound at a time. I'm not always positive and this journey is challenging but I remain happy and grateful. I am so happy for you and your continued success. Keep in touch.

Wow - you are doing so well! Only 22lbs from goal - that's insane and very exciting for you.
The friend situation is very common and I can relate - Friends who you thought were supportive turn against you because now they feel bad about themselves and feel guilty eating or not exercising with you. Not a fun thing to face. But its about them, not about you! I'm glad you can recognize its all superficial.
Have a great holiday and rock that bikini!!
