Good morning everyone. Still not feeling the best, so tired but here I am. Went to bed at 9 last night so maybe I had a little more sleep than I've been getting lately. Scale down to 173.8 this morning, the lowest yet. Doesn't make sense to me because I didn't really stick to plan yesterday - had some added calories and not necessarily "good" ones. Aw well might just be a blip.

Heading to the gym this morning, will be skipping the lunch time walk I'm sure because it will be too stinkin' humid.

B - 2 HB eggs

S - meatloaf

L - chicken with sautéed peppers/onions, sour cream

S - 2 chicken strips

D - pot roast, (a cob of corn if the roadside stand has any, they were sold out yesterday)

Totals (sans corn) Cal 978, carbs 39, protein 100

Stay cool friends.

Over 100 lbs lost! and 13 lbs below goal weight!

Good morning :)

Today I have a walk and soccer planned but both are pending weather. They are calling for thunderstorms, so that could put a wrinkle in things :)

I got a few things off my list yesterday, but I feel like I added 10 more things for today. My "helpful" neighbours cut down a bunch of branches off one of our trees while we were away (without asking) and left all the branches and leaves for me to clean up. They also scratched my car in the process. Never a dull moment around here!!

Breakfast - protein shake

Snack - turkey sausage

Lunch - leftovers and chicken

Snack - pepperette

Dinner - unknown - depends on soccer

Snack - protein shake

All water and vits.

It's good of you to call them helpful - which would also mean communicating their intention and/or, in the very least cleaning up. At least it wasn't before your wedding

Not feeling so good again this morning. Woke up with a headache and aching everywhere. I really need to do something about this unrelenting fatigue I've been experiencing everyday. I take all my vits everyday and always get in all my water too. Luckily I have my one year follow up appointment in 3 weeks where I'll be getting some labs checked so hopefully that might reveal some insights.

Today's eats:

B: Chocolate Premier Protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee

L: 1 cup spinach, 1 hard boiled egg, 1oz chicken strips, 0.5oz light feta cheese, 10g salad dressing

D: 3oz salmon, 1.5oz green beans, 10g light feta cheese

S1: 3oz green bell pepper slices, 2oz roasted red pepper hummus

S2: 2oz blackberries, 2oz raspberries, 1oz almonds

S3: 1 empire apple

Totals: 997cals, 67g carbs - 26g fiber = 41g net carbs, 84g protein
