Was cross border (what fun!)
went to visit my bestie in Sault Ste Marie last week she and i went across the border to check out walmarts foods that were good for diets.
we didn't have a lot of time, but i saw some great high protien snacks and things. lots of interesting different foods.
anyone go cross border often? any thing you think would be good to pick up?
post surgery goodies? (by goodies i mean healthy foods that can suppliment a high protein low carb diet)
i saw lots of types of yohgurt for example
i am thinking of getting my mother in law to get one of those special licences so that she can take me across border after surgery if its worth it.
is it worth it. are there good foods down there?
like what?
I pick up caramel premier protein. I also like the Sunkist freeze dried fruit chips (you find them in the produce section) i also love salt and vinegar almonds.
People rave about Halo Top ice cream, but I've never tried it.

Shopping list for my visits to States
Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt (flavors are so good)
Dannon Triple Zero Greek Yogurt
Sugar free Popsicles
Torani SF Syrups
Almonds
String Cheese
They have so many goodies there - its fun to just browse the aisles and see what you can find.
Thanks!
OH, i forgot to ask and thought of it at like 4 am this morning when i couldn't sleep. what is the big deal about buying string cheese in the states i mean we have it hear. i understand there are more flavors of almonds and such and the yogurt is better tasting and less stuff and regular cheese you can get in skim but what is the deal with string cheese
